Preheat the oven to 350°F
Remove the turkey giblets and neck
Pat the turkey dry
Season the turkey inside and out
Place flour in the oven bag and shake to coat
Put the bag in a roasting pan
Place the turkey in the bag
Add vegetables or aromatics if desired
Seal the bag with the included tie
Cut 4 to 6 small slits in the top of the bag
Roast the turkey until done
Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer
Cook until the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°F
Let the turkey rest before carving
Carefully cut open the bag and remove the turkey
Carve and serve
