Find a soft, open area with enough space
Warm up your body first
Squat down with your feet shoulder-width apart
Place both hands on the ground in front of you
Tuck your chin toward your chest
Push off with your legs
Roll forward over your upper back, not your neck
Keep your body tucked tightly as you roll
Stand up smoothly at the end of the roll
Practice on a mat or with supervision if you are a beginner
