Warm up thoroughly

Start with a spotter or coach
Use a trampoline or foam pit first
Swing arms up and jump straight up
Tuck knees tightly to chest
Keep head neutral and eyes forward as long as possible
Rotate by pulling into the tuck
Open the tuck before landing
Land on both feet with bent knees
Absorb impact and keep balance
Practice on safe surfaces only
Stop if you feel pain or lose control
