How to Do Cartwheel?

Warm up your wrists, shoulders, legs, and core

Find a clear, flat, open space

Stand tall with one foot slightly in front of the other

Raise both arms straight overhead

Pick a lead hand and turn your body sideways

Bend at the waist and place your lead hand on the ground

Kick your back leg up and over

Place your second hand on the ground

Keep your legs straight and split apart in the air

Push through your hands and shoulders

Land one foot at a time

Finish standing with arms up

Practice on both sides

Use a wall or spotter if needed
