3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk or plant-based milk
1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl or jar
Stir well
Wait 5 minutes
Stir again to break up clumps
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight
Stir before serving
Add toppings if desired
