8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz crab meat or imitation crab, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
24 wonton wrappers
Water, for sealing
Oil, for frying
Mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
Place 1 teaspoon filling in the center of each wonton wrapper
Moisten the edges with water
Fold into desired shape and press edges to seal
Heat oil to 350°F
Fry in batches until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes
Drain on paper towels
Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce
