2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute
Slowly whisk in milk until smooth
Cook until slightly thickened
Reduce heat to low
Add shredded cheese a little at a time, stirring until melted
Stir in salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin
Serve warm with nachos
