How to Make Sausage in the Oven?

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper

Place the sausages on the baking sheet in a single layer

Leave space between each sausage

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

Turn the sausages halfway through cooking

Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F for pork or beef sausage, or 165°F for poultry sausage

Remove from the oven

Let rest for a few minutes before serving
