Measure the window opening
Cut screen frame pieces to size
Cut corner joints or use frame connectors
Assemble the frame
Cut the screen mesh larger than the frame
Lay the mesh over the frame
Press spline into the frame groove with a spline roller
Trim excess mesh with a utility knife
Install screen corners or tabs if needed
Attach handles, clips, or mounting hardware if needed
Fit the screen into the window opening
Secure the screen in place
