How to Massage Your Prostate?

Wash your hands thoroughly and trim your nails

Use a clean glove or finger cot if desired

Apply plenty of water-based lubricant

Empty your bladder first

Find a comfortable position, such as lying on your side with knees bent or squatting

Relax your breathing and pelvic muscles

Gently insert a lubricated finger into the anus slowly

Stop if you feel pain, sharp discomfort, or bleeding

Locate the prostate on the front wall of the rectum, toward the belly button

Use very gentle pressure only

Massage with slow, light strokes or small circular motions

Keep the session brief at first

Remove your finger slowly and clean up afterward

Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you have severe pain, fever, blood in urine or semen, or urinary problems
