Locate the lockbox model and check the label or manual for the correct opening method
If it uses a combination, align the dials to the correct code
If it uses a key, insert the key and turn it as directed
If it uses a resettable code, confirm the current code before attempting to open it
Pull or slide the release mechanism after entering the correct code or using the key
Open the door or compartment once the latch releases
If the code is forgotten or the lockbox will not open, contact Master Lock support or a locksmith with proof of ownership
