Deal 12 cards to each player face down in a 3×4 layout
Turn over any 2 cards to start
Place the remaining cards face down as the draw pile
Put the top draw card face up beside it as the discard pile
On your turn, choose one card from the draw pile or the top card of the discard pile
If you take from the draw pile, look at it and decide whether to keep it or discard it
If you keep it, replace one of your face-down or face-up cards with it
If you discard it, turn it face up on the discard pile
If you take from the discard pile, you must replace one of your cards with it
After replacing a card, turn the replaced card face up and place it on the discard pile
Try to reveal and collect low-value cards
If you have three matching cards in a column, they are removed from play
Keep playing until one player has all 12 cards revealed
When that happens, each other player gets one final turn
Score each player’s remaining cards by adding their values
The player with the lowest total score wins
Negative cards are good
Zero cards are very good
High positive cards are bad
