Let the chops rest at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes
Preheat a skillet, grill, or oven
Add a little oil or butter if cooking in a pan
Cook until browned on both sides
Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Remove from heat and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes
Serve immediately
