Open the Excel spreadsheet
Click the Data tab
Click Refresh All
To refresh a single query or table, right-click it and select Refresh
To refresh a pivot table, right-click it and select Refresh
Press Ctrl + Alt + F5 to refresh all data connections
Save the workbook if needed
If automatic refresh is required, open the connection or query properties and enable refresh options
