Lift the wiper arm away from the windshield
Locate the release tab or locking clip on the Rain-X blade
Press or slide the release tab to unlock the blade
Pull the old blade downward or away from the wiper arm
Remove the old blade from the hook or adapter
Match the new Rain-X blade adapter to the wiper arm type
Slide the new blade onto the wiper arm until it clicks into place
Tug gently on the blade to confirm it is locked
Lower the wiper arm carefully back onto the windshield
Repeat the process for the other blade if needed
Test the wipers to make sure they operate correctly
