Call emergency services immediately
Stop all activity and sit or lie down
Chew one adult aspirin if not allergic and if not told to avoid aspirin
Take nitroglycerin only if it was prescribed to you
Unlock the door and have someone stay with you
If you become unresponsive and are not breathing normally, start CPR
Use an AED if one is available
Do not drive yourself to the hospital
