Locate the .zip file in Finder
Double-click the .zip file
Wait for the Archive Utility to extract the contents
Open the newly created folder next to the zip file
If needed, right-click the .zip file and choose Open With > Archive Utility
If the zip file is password-protected, enter the password when prompted
