Wash your hands before and after use
Clean the affected area gently and pat dry
Apply a small amount of Preparation H to the affected area
Use it as directed on the product label
For external use, spread it gently over the area
For suppositories, follow the package instructions for insertion
Do not use more often than directed
Stop use and contact a doctor if irritation occurs or symptoms worsen
Seek medical advice if bleeding, pain, or symptoms persist
