How to Cook a Spiral Sliced Ham?

Preheat the oven to 325°F

Remove the ham from packaging

Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan

Add 1/2 to 1 cup of water, broth, or apple juice to the pan

Cover the ham tightly with foil

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes per pound

Check that the internal temperature reaches 140°F

Remove the foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes if glazing

Brush with glaze if desired

Return to the oven until the glaze is set

Let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving

Slice along the pre-cut lines and serve
