Season the turkey loin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs
Place the turkey loin in a baking dish or roasting pan
Add a little broth or water to the pan
Brush or drizzle the turkey loin with oil or melted butter
Cover loosely with foil
Roast for 45 to 60 minutes
Remove the foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let the turkey loin rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Slice and serve
