How to Put Screens Back into Windows?

Press Alt + Tab to cycle through open windows and bring the missing screen into view

Press Windows + Shift + Arrow Left or Arrow Right to move the window between monitors

Right-click the taskbar and select Cascade windows

Right-click the taskbar and select Show windows stacked

Right-click the taskbar and select Show windows side by side

Press Windows + P and choose PC screen only, Duplicate, Extend, or Second screen only as needed

Open Display settings by right-clicking the desktop and selecting Display settings

In Display settings, click Identify to see which monitor is which

In Display settings, drag the monitor icons to match the physical layout

In Display settings, select the missing display and choose Extend desktop to this display if needed

In Display settings, click Detect if a monitor is not showing up

Use the monitor’s input/source button to select the correct input

Check the cable connections for HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, or VGA

Restart the computer if the screen still does not appear

Update or reinstall the graphics driver if the display problem continues
