How to Remove a Bathroom Vanity?

Turn off the water supply to the sink

Open the faucet to relieve pressure and drain remaining water

Place a bucket under the sink

Disconnect the hot and cold water supply lines

Disconnect the drain trap and any other plumbing connections

Remove the sink if it is separate from the vanity top

Cut through any caulk or sealant around the vanity and backsplash

Remove the countertop if it is attached separately

Remove drawers and doors if needed for easier access

Unscrew the vanity from the wall studs

Check for screws inside the cabinet and along the back rail

Pry the vanity gently away from the wall

Lift the vanity out of place

Remove any remaining caulk, screws, and debris

Patch and repair the wall and floor as needed
