Heat the PVC pipe evenly with a heat gun or hot air source
Rotate the pipe while heating to avoid scorching
Bend the softened pipe slowly to the desired shape
Hold the pipe in place until it cools and hardens
Use a bending spring or sand fill for tighter bends if needed
Wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area
Avoid open flames and overheating the PVC
Test on a scrap piece before bending the final pipe
