Unplug the saw or remove the battery
Wear gloves and safety glasses
Press the spindle lock if your saw has one
Use the wrench to loosen the arbor bolt
Remove the outer washer and old blade
Install the new blade with the teeth facing the correct direction
Reinstall the outer washer and arbor bolt
Tighten the bolt securely while holding the spindle lock
Check that the blade spins freely by hand
Reconnect power or reinstall the battery
