How to Make Kimchi Rice?

Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool slightly

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook briefly

Add 1/2 cup of chopped kimchi and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of kimchi juice

Add the cooked rice and mix well

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Stir-fry until everything is evenly combined and heated through

Add chopped green onions if desired

Top with a fried egg if desired

Serve hot
