How to Remove All Blank Rows in Excel?

Select the data range or the entire worksheet

Press Ctrl+G, then click Special

Select Blanks and click OK

Right-click any selected blank cell

Click Delete

Choose Entire row

Click OK

Or use a filter to show blanks

Select the blank rows

Right-click and choose Delete Row

Or sort the data so blank rows move to the bottom

Select the blank rows and delete them

Or use Go To Special to select blanks and delete the entire rows

Save the workbook
