Cut a length of ribbon
Make two loops, one in each hand
Cross the right loop over the left loop
Bring the right loop behind and through the center
Pull both loops gently to tighten
Adjust the loops so they are even
Fluff the loops and tails into shape
Trim the ribbon ends at an angle if desired
