How to Make Kadha for Cough?

Boil 2 cups of water

Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Add 4 to 5 crushed black peppercorns

Add 4 to 5 tulsi leaves

Add 1 small cinnamon stick

Add 2 to 3 cloves

Add 1 teaspoon honey after cooling slightly

Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice if desired

Simmer until the water reduces to 1 cup

Strain and drink warm

Take 1 to 2 times a day
