Fill a sealable plastic bag with 2 parts water and 1 part rubbing alcohol
Seal the bag tightly
Place the sealed bag inside a second plastic bag
Seal the second bag tightly
Wrap the bag in a thin cloth or towel before use
Freeze for several hours
Use on the affected area as needed
