How to Make Crab Meat Salad?

1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Lettuce leaves, for serving

Lemon wedges, for serving

Place the crab meat in a large bowl

Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning

Gently fold everything together until combined

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed

Chill for 15 to 30 minutes

Serve over lettuce leaves with lemon wedges
