How to Make Ceviche Shrimp?

Peel and devein raw shrimp

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry

Cut shrimp into small bite-size pieces

Place shrimp in a bowl

Add fresh lime juice to fully cover the shrimp

Refrigerate until the shrimp turns opaque and firm

Drain off excess lime juice

Add diced tomato

Add diced red onion

Add chopped cilantro

Add diced jalapeño if desired

Add salt and black pepper

Add diced cucumber or avocado if desired

Mix gently

Chill before serving

Serve with tostadas, crackers, or tortilla chips
