Shake the neem oil bottle well before use
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of neem oil with 1 quart of warm water
Add 1/2 teaspoon of mild liquid soap or insecticidal soap to help the oil blend
Stir or shake the mixture thoroughly until it looks evenly mixed
Pour the mixture into a spray bottle
Spray both the tops and undersides of leaves
Apply in the early morning or late evening
Reapply every 7 to 14 days as needed
Test the mixture on a small part of the plant first
Use the mixture the same day it is prepared
