Deal 7 cards to each player
Place the remaining cards face down as the draw pile
Turn the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile
The first player must match the top discard card by color, number, or symbol
If a player cannot play a card, they must draw one card
If the drawn card can be played, it may be played immediately
Play continues clockwise unless reversed by a Reverse card
Skip card makes the next player lose their turn
Draw Two card makes the next player draw 2 cards and lose their turn
Wild card lets the player choose the next color
Wild Draw Four lets the player choose the next color and makes the next player draw 4 cards
A Wild Draw Four should only be played when no matching color card is available
When a player has one card left, they must say Uno
The first player to play all their cards wins
If the draw pile runs out, reshuffle the discard pile except the top card to make a new draw pile
