Park the vehicle in direct sunlight or warm the glass with a heat gun or hair dryer
Peel up one corner of the tint with a razor blade or fingernail
Slowly pull the tint away from the glass at a shallow angle
Apply heat as needed to soften the adhesive while peeling
Spray the adhesive side with soapy water or ammonia-based cleaner
Cover the tint with plastic wrap or a trash bag to help loosen the adhesive
Let it sit for several minutes
Scrape off remaining adhesive with a plastic scraper or razor blade
Spray glass cleaner and wipe the window clean with a microfiber cloth
Repeat on all tinted windows
Wear gloves and work carefully to avoid cutting the glass or damaging defroster lines
