Wash the honeydew melon under running water
Place it on a cutting board
Cut off both ends
Stand the melon upright on one cut end
Slice the melon in half lengthwise
Scoop out the seeds from each half
Cut each half into wedges or slices
Remove the rind from each slice if desired
Cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces if needed
