Open the gift bag and hold it upright
Crumple or fold the tissue paper slightly for volume
Place one sheet of tissue into the bag first
Let the tissue extend above the top edge of the bag
Add more tissue sheets if needed
Arrange the tissue so it looks even and full
Fluff the tissue with your hands
Adjust the tissue until it covers the gift neatly
Make sure the tissue stays in place when the bag is moved
