Warm a tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 10–20 seconds
Add fillings in a line across the center of the tortilla, leaving 1–2 inches of space on the sides
Fold the sides inward over the filling
Fold the bottom edge up over the filling
Roll tightly toward the top edge, keeping the seam side down
Fold the top edge down if needed to seal
Let it sit seam-side down for 30–60 seconds before serving
