Divide mature clumps in spring or early summer
Remove the plant from its pot or dig up part of the clump
Separate sections with roots and at least one fan of leaves

Replant each division in well-draining soil

Place in bright light and warm conditions

Use seeds only if you want slow propagation
Soak seeds in warm water for 24 to 48 hours before sowing
Sow seeds in moist, well-draining mix
Keep seeds warm and consistently moist
Be patient, as seed germination can take a long time
