How to Grow Cherries from Pits?

Save pits from ripe cherries

Remove all fruit flesh from the pits

Rinse the pits thoroughly

Dry the pits for a day or two

Place pits in a damp paper towel or moist sand

Seal them in a plastic bag or container

Check occasionally to keep the medium slightly moist
