How to Make Potato Logs?

Peel and wash potatoes

Cut potatoes into thick log-shaped sticks

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes

Drain and pat the potatoes completely dry

Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices

Coat lightly with cornstarch or flour if a crispier texture is desired

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F to 375°F

Fry the potato logs in batches until golden brown and crisp

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve hot with dipping sauce
