How to Make Deep Fried Mushrooms?

Clean and dry the mushrooms

Trim the stems if needed

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs

Season the flour with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or paprika

Coat each mushroom in flour

Dip each mushroom in beaten eggs

Roll each mushroom in breadcrumbs until fully coated

Heat oil in a deep pot or fryer to 350°F to 375°F

Fry the mushrooms in small batches until golden brown

Remove with a slotted spoon

Drain on paper towels or a wire rack

Serve hot with dipping sauce
